Lifeasy.in is a marketplace for services in the Delhi-NCR region. The marketplace model of the company is handled by the company's internal technicians and external agents. They provide a wide range of services related to household needs.
Challenges we faced
To meet the client's needs, we created a platform that will manage both its internal and outsourced service agents across multiple segments, such as Electrical, Plumbing, AC Repair, Pest Control, and House Cleaning.
SOLUTIONS
A back-end panel enabled administrators to create and manage multiple hubs, service technicians, and locations, and buyers could use the iOS, Android, and Web apps we provided.There is an android app for technicians to track the stages of their service assignments, and admins can track the technician's location on Google Maps.A hardware store here could even be hosted and managed by the admin for on-site purchases and tracking repair orders.
